TERESA GRIMES AT KENNEDY GALLERY

Artist Teresa Grimes will be showcasing a solo body of work called Beyond the Drawn Lines at the Kennedy Gallery. The artist describes these canvases as a ‘sauntering with paint’, moving from maritime landscapes and islands to the ‘lakes on the land’. Inviting the viewer to cross the traditional boundaries of the frame and enter a space beyond the drawn lines, the paint ceases to be a tool of representation and becomes an act of wandering — a continuous state of becoming.
