End Of An Era: The White House Collection
Join artist Allison Nolan for an intimate viewing of a collection of works created within the home, marking the close of one creative chapter before the emergence of another. Presented in situ, the exhibition offers a final opportunity to experience the works within the environment in which they were created.
Drawing inspiration from both Cayman’s ocean and meditative practice, the collection explores movement, texture, energy and stillness through a series of atmospheric abstract works, including pieces created to evoke contemplation and reflection.

CAW Brac Tour (Bus tour or self-guided) – FEATURED TOUR
Explore Cayman Brac’s vibrant art scene with this curated CAW Brac bus tour.
Leaving from Cayman Brac Heritage House, buses will visit: Nim Things/SimoneS Art Gallery • Gordon Solomon Studio • Eldemire House/National Trust • Cayman Brac Beach Resort. The tour offers visitors the opportunity to experience a diverse range of exhibitions, meet artists and engage with the local creative community.
Whether joining a bus or making your own way between stops, this is an ideal way to discover the breadth of artistic activity happening across the island.

National Gallery Art Workshop at CBBH - Cayman Brac
Join the National Gallery for an outdoor art workshop in the grounds of Cayman Brac Heritage House.
The activity will be inspired by the exhibition ‘Art of Nature’ and will be followed by a guided walkthrough of the exhibition, which features nature-inspired paintings from the National Collection.

Curators Tour – Randy Chollette’s Conversations in the 7th Dimension exhibition
Join the National Gallery’s Curatorial Assistant Daniela Granados for a guided tour of the exhibition Conversations in the 7th Dimension, which honours the artistic journey of Randy Chollette.
Chollette is a central figure in the art collective Native Sons and a pivotal contributor to the development of contemporary art in the Cayman Islands. As an artist, musician and educator, Chollette’s creative process synthesises the energetic, physical and mental self through a lens of spiritual inquiry. Refreshments are available at the NGCI Café following the tour.

Reflections from a Creative Collaboration at Magenta Studio
Join Elena McDonough for a conversation exploring the collaborative process behind her exhibition Elation.
Hosted by Magenta Creative Studio, this informal talk brings together the photographer, printer and design collaborators to share insights into working across disciplines – from image-making and fine art printing to spatial design. The discussion will explore how creative partnerships shape the final presentation of the work, highlighting the dialogue between photography, print and interior environment.
Set within the exhibition itself, the event offers a behind-the-scenes look at how Elation comes together as both an artistic and spatial experience, with time for questions and conversation.
Gilman IV at Cayman Catboat Club
Charles Gilman IV presents Love ‘n’ Sea: An Exploration of Connection, Migration, Labour, Survival and Romance through Cayman’s Maritime Culture.
A Caymanian well known for his graphic arts and creative work throughout the Cayman Islands, Gilman IV steps into the fine art arena bringing colour theory and compositional sensitivity to his work. With a deep personal connection to the sea and a lifelong passion for Cayman’s maritime heritage, his work reflects both reverence and nostalgia for the ocean and the culture it has shaped.

Participating galleries are open to welcome Cayman Art Week guests throughout Art Week from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Special appointments for viewing can be made directly with gallerists. Studios are open by appointment or as part of a scheduled tour.

Afro-Fusion Dance & Drum Experience: Conversations in the 7th Dimension
As part of the National Gallery’s exhibition programme, Conversations in the 7th Dimension, explore Randy Chollette’s multi-disciplinary creative practice. Mambo Cayman will lead an Afro-fusion dance class inside the exhibition space. During the lively session, participants will learn a series of moves and their historical context, gaining a better understanding of how these traditions inform the artist’s work. The class will include drumming led by Randy Chollette.

‘En Plein Air’ Workshop with Simone Scott - Cayman Brac
Join artist Simone Scott of Cayman Brac Culture and Heritage as she leads an ‘en plein air’ workshop on the beach opposite Eldemire House. You will also have the opportunity to view the exhibition Heritage Register Reimagined: CAYman Built, currently on view at Eldemire House.

Shifting Sands: Courtyard Art Experience at Sticks & Stones
Sticks & Stones Home Collection will host a special courtyard viewing during Cayman Art Week 2026, presented alongside the exhibition Shifting Sands which features the work of Cameron Bridgeman, Scott Sullivan and Laura Anderton.
Visitors are invited to explore the featured works in an open-air setting, offering a relaxed way to engage with the exhibition and its themes of change and transformation. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the art at your own pace while enjoying the courtyard atmosphere and the newly opened café.
The Thatch Lounge at Sunset House
Join Thatch + Clay at Sunset House for a special Cayman Art Week presentation of The Thatch Lounge.
Celebrating Cayman’s cultural identity through material, texture and contemporary island design, the immersive installation features handmade thatch pieces available for purchase alongside select items from the Thatch + Clay boutique. Guests can also enjoy live thatch weaving demonstrations by a local thatch artisan and experience an interactive collage installation led by multi-award-winning Caymanian graphic designer, Gianna Rankin.
Blending heritage craftsmanship with modern creative expression, the event invites visitors to engage with Caymanian artistry in a tactile and welcoming setting.
Guests are also welcome to visit The Thatch Experience throughout the week during Cayman Art Week (Tues. to Fri., 10:00 am to 6:00 pm).
CAW East Bus Tour - FEATURED TOUR
Join a curator-led bus tour of the studios, galleries and popup venues located in South Sound, Savannah, Bodden Town, Breakers, North Side and East End.
Buses will leave the National Gallery at 9.00 am and head to the following venues: Pure Art Gallery (South Sound), Scott Swing Studio (South Sound), Miss Lassie’s Mind’s Eye Education Centre (South Sound), Harbour Walk (Prospect), Indigo Bay (Prospect), Visual Arts Society (Savannah), White Dog Art and Kay Smith Studio (Breakers), Gram Bella’s (North Side) and Beam Reach (East End) before travelling back to George Town around 2:30 pm/3:00 pm. Each stop will be approximately 15 minutes.
