KENNEDY GALLERY

As one of the country’s longest-running art galleries, Kennedy Gallery represents many popular Caymanian artists and has one of the largest collections of local artwork on Grand Cayman. The Gallery caters to a wide scope of collecting budgets, from original oil paintings of island scenes to popular prints of idyllic tropical landscapes.

For Cayman Art Week 2026, the gallery will be hosting its new exhibition Chorus of Colours featuring the work of such artists as Joanne Sibley, Saba, Lois Brezinski, John Broad, Scott Sullivan, Ronda Elesh, Berth Richter, Kaitlyn Elphinstone, Lorna Griggs, Larisa Sved, Lana Gilyun, Amrita Debrath, Jo Austin, Livia Contantinescu, Shilpa Tagalpallewar, Amanda Craig, Raphael Powery, Donovan Sewell, Linda Saparoff and more.

In addition, they will be showcasing a solo body of work by artist Teresa Grimes called Beyond the Drawn Lines. The artist describes these canvases as a ‘sauntering with paint’, moving from maritime landscapes and islands to the ‘lakes on the land’. Inviting the viewer to cross the traditional boundaries of the frame and enter a space beyond the drawn lines, the paint ceases to be a tool of representation and becomes an act of wandering — a continuous state of becoming.
