CLAIRE AT THE BEACH
Claire Pettinati creates large-format abstractions of Cayman’s stunning sea and cloudscapes. After a whirlwind year of international exhibitions, this year marks her third consecutive participation in Cayman Art Week. Her sea view studio in George Town will be featured on the CAW West Bus Tour on 24 May and will also be open by appointment.
Her exhibition Between Light & Shadow: Observation through Life and Dreams in the Cayman Islands captures the essence of transition, from day through night, from sea through shore. Each image highlights the beauty and diversity of experiences in the Cayman Islands, the source of which is an observation taken from reality and the artist’s dreams.
